Valentine Mini Sessions Are Here! – Boston Family Photographer

I am now announcing Valentine’s Day Mini Sessions! The sessions will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 9 am to 2 pm.

The mini sessions are only $150 and you will receive:

15 minute custom photography session in my studio in West Concord
10 proofs to view in your private online gallery

And your choice of 2 of the following (you may choose 2 of the same item):

One set of 8 wallets
One accordion album
2 hi-resolution digital images of your choice on a disk. You will be able to use the digital images for cards, prints, or sharing online. Whatever works best for you!

Payment of the fee holds your session and I cannot hold a session until payment is received. Sessions will be booked on a first come first serve basis. This is a great opportunity to try custom photography at a reduced rate. I only offer one or two mini sessions each year, so don’t wait!

*Additional prints, digital files & products are available for purchase at the standard rates.

**Due to the limited time available, mini sessions are limited to families of 5 or less. Larger families must book 2 session slots. Not applicable for newborn or senior sessions. Babies must be able to sit up on their own.

Valentine Studio Session – Boston Children’s Photographer

Well, after a long and wonderful holiday pause, I am back with some big news and a new session. Over the holidays, I spent my time not only with friends and family, but also working on an exciting project. I am happy to announce that I now have a studio in West Concord! Some wonderful artist space came available in the Old Bradford Mill in West Concord. It is located behind the Quilter’s Way shop and directly across the street from the West Concord Five and Ten on Bradford St. It is a terrific location with lots of potential for outdoor urban shots in the spring, summer and fall. Not to mention that is also right behind the Rideout Playground! The Mill’s new owners are making steady progress on the renovations of the mill buildings. My studio is located in the last building to be renovated so it still looks a bit rustic on the outside. But not to worry, I have spent several months renovating my space (new floors, paint, decorations). It has high ceilings, exposed beams and huge windows for lots of natural light! I can’t wait to share photos of the space once it is completed.

In the meantime, I would like to share with you my first session in my new studio loft. Her mom and I decided on a Valentine theme with a couple outfit changes. I always love shooting Miss S. She is incredibly photogenic and so much fun to work with. Thanks again Sasha for everything!

This was our holiday card this year. I was shocked that I was actually able to get the kids to stand still long enough for me to take photos. Anyway, I hope that you are enjoying this holiday season as much as we are and I will see you all here in the New Year!

Yes, it is THAT time already! Need photos for holiday cards or gifts? How about an updated family photo? Well, I am now offering a very limited number of mini sessions. You will receive 4 hi-resolution digital images on a disk and 4 gift prints (either 4×6 or 5×7, your choice) of those same images. You will be able to use the digital images for holidays cards, prints, or sharing online! Whatever works best for you! Sessions will be booked on a first come first serve basis. Autumn Masquerade Tea Party – Boston Family Photographer

Well, I had a huge treat last weekend. I got to shoot a gorgeous themed birthday party. Two of the little girls at this party had birthdays in the same week. So, why not have a super fun themed birthday party? My birthday is also in the Fall and I always loved the Halloween themed parties my mother would throw me. Don’t you just love the masks? The woodland creatures are just adorable. I love how the Fox is peeking out at the other animals. How about that tea party table? Love love love that banner! One of the mom’s is an incredibly talented sewer (and knitter) and she made the banner as well as the toadstools! I went with a vintage processing on this session. It just seemed to fit the style of the party!

Happy 4th of July – Boston Family Photographer

We had a really nice 4th of July. Friends came over and we had a low key cookout. The kids played so nicely together. Complete with baseball, our own parade, and lots of food! I even made my first pie. Thanks for the delicious cake, Sash. Hope your 4th was just as wonderful!
